We wish you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Originals receipts would need to be included
- Not customized order
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Customers are responsible for the cost of the main stone purchased for private customization. The customization fee for the original purchase will not refund.
Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we will charge the original shipping cost when processing your refund.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns should be made within 30 days of the delivery date for all U.S. orders and within 50 days of the delivery date for overseas orders. You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange or refund and we will assist you.
1.1 If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will need to pay the difference in cash.
1.2 If the value of the exchanged item(s) is less than the value of the original item(s), there will be no refund.
2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE
2.1 You will need items in their original state and packaging.
2.2 Kindly contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you for your exchange.
2.3 Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
2.4 Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once we verify your order information. Generally, the processing period is 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.
2.5 All requests for returns will be refunded via your original payment method.
2.6 All returns and exchanges made via our online portal at https://coolringjewelry.com
Notice: Please contact us if you need to exchange or return, we will send you the address. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
3. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
3.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
3.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order
3.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
3.4 Coolring Jewelry Makes No Warranty in Respect of Any Product, Express or Implied, Including Any Implied Warranties of Merchantability, Quality, Compliance With Description, and Fitness for a Particular Purpose
3..5 Personalized items with “engravings” are not refundable. Coolring Jewelry will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of personalized items.
3.6 Special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors are not refundable. (Custom sizes are those that charge an extra $20). Coolring Jewelry will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of special items.
3.7 Items sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
3.8 If the product itself has no quality problems, Coolring Jewelry will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of the special items.
3.9 Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of U.S.
3.10 All decisions made by Coolring Jewelry are final.
Coolring Jewelry will reimburse the customer $10 as the return shipping fee via store credit under the following circumstances.
- Customer received the wrong item.
- The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact Coolring Jewelry within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
Coolring Jewelry will charge a 35% restocking fee for the return or exchange of the below items.
- Items that are customized with 10K white gold/10K rose gold/10K gold.
- Items that are customized with14K white gold/14K rose gold/14K gold.
- Items that are customized with18K white gold/18K rose gold/18K gold.
- Items that are customized with moissanite stones.
Returning multiple items (≥ 3 pieces) from the same order, you will be charged a 35% restocking fee for each item returned.
- We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your personalization/engraving/special order information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.
- Generally, all items will be sent into production 120 minutes after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 30% material and processing fee.
